At Total Real Estate Success, we carefully screen and place Staging Specialists/Tenants to care for the home on a month-to-month basis while it is listed for sale.  The Staging Specialist/Tenant provides the staging materials and we stage the home when they move into it.
They pay the utilities, association dues and keep the home clean and cared for inside and out!  Total Real Estate Success monitors the home each month and takes care of all the property management.
