Charles is married and has four children; he lives in Plymouth, MN, in the house he built for his family.
Charles is a Dunwoody Graduate in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Design. His first opportunity out of school came from, Michaud Cooley Erickson, a Mechanical Engineering Consulting firm in Mpls.
Charles went to work for himself as a contractor after receiving his contractor's license in 1999. He has flipped, remodeled and built houses.
Charles was a partner in a cabinet dealership/remodeling company, Kitchens Made Simple.
He owns and maintains Rental Property in the Twin Cities.
With all this experience, Charles brings a critical eye to inspecting.
He is an Internachi Certified Inspector and Radon tester.
