Our local real estate market is creating such an awesome time to be considering a real estate purchase, especially if you are a first time buyer. I know the local and national media has certainly depicted the real estate market to seem continually declining and unstable at best. It's hard to get away from all the negative in the media in regards to real estate prices.

Historic numbers show however, the Minneapolis, Minnesota real estate market has been a slow and steadily appreciating market. Right now prices are lower, and the supply of homes for sale on the MLS is still high.
